The 63-year-old NBA Hall of Famer revealed a portion of his prestigious yearly summer getaway on Wednesday. This year’s trip included cameo appearances by Michael Jordan, Samuel L. Jackson, and Judge Greg Mathis.

“Last night, we dined at the renowned Da Paolino Ristorante, also known as the Lemon Tree restaurant in Capri, Italy, where we had an unforgettable evening!” Johnson composed. “Moreover, I had the opportunity to socialize with Yvette and Michael Jordan, my lifelong best friend and the greatest basketball player, Sam and LaTanya Jackson, Judge Greg and Linda Mathis, John and Vicki Palmer, and Judge Greg and Linda Mathis.”

The convivial companions appeared in a carousel of photographs while posing for a group image. Magic and Jordan were seen smiling in another image while being serenaded by musicians at the renowned restaurant.

Magic and his 64-year-old wife, Cookie, are depicted in the final image posing on the 296-foot Phoenix 2 superyacht that they had chartered for a Mediterranean cruise.

The website states that the vessel has seven cabins and can accommodate twelve guests, including a split-level master apartment with a private terrace and Jacuzzi that is accessed via an internal staircase.

According to Magic’s social media posts, the group has also visited Greece and France in recent weeks, where they dined at Michelangelo in Antibes and savored fresh sea bass at the Hotel Cala di Volpe in Sardinia.

Magic wrote in one post that the yacht’s chef prepared an Asian-inspired dinner one evening that included, among other things, turkey spring rolls, veggie fried rice, chicken fried rice, black pepper beef, grilled vegetables, sweet and sour prawns, king crab with ginger dressing, Asian slaw, Chinese chicken soup, and lobster, “just to name a few.”

Cookie and Magic are renowned for their opulent midsummer yachting excursions shared with A-list celebrities, including Michael Jackson and LL Cool J. The group traced a route from Greece to Italy in 2021, making port stops in Sardinia, Capri, and Sorrento.

Seven guest suites, a fitness center, a hair salon, and two massage chambers were featured on their 281-foot yacht. In addition, a complete bar and a party deck were included.

In 2019, the couple celebrated their joint 60th birthday in St. Tropez, France, with a weekend-long celebration that was attended by prominent guests including Spike Lee, Angela Bassett, Courtney B. Vance, and Jennifer Lopez.

Cookie captured a portion of their celebrations on Instagram, where she wrote, “Yesterday marked an incredible beginning to our 60th birthday celebrations; I cannot wait to see what Earvin has in store for tonight!!”
