That unlikely prospect is explored in one of two new Chase TV commercials starring Hart and Stephen Curry that launched Monday after the NBA Playoffs’ opening weekend. In “Team Kevin,” the comedian, actor, and entrepreneur surprises Steph by “cashbacking” with his new Chase Freedom Unlimited credit card to buy a team.
Hart had many suggestions to improve the in-arena experience for his new fans.
Hart wants to analyse his team’s games with autotune. Put Curry on motorcycles and have him jump through rings of fire for player introductions. Hart also gives owners five minutes every game on the floor to honour his four NBA All-Star Celebrity Game MVP awards, much to Steph’s dismay.
