Exploring the Luxurious $10 Million Mansion of NBA Star Bradley Beal: A Paradise with a Private Basketball Court and Sparkling Swimming Pool

When it comes to the Phoenix Suns, Bradley Beal is leaving his home in Bethesda, Maryland behind.

The former Washington Wizard, who spent ten years with the team until being transferred in June, has just listed his opulent property in the D.C. region for $10 million. The NBA All-Star guard paid $7.8 million for the lavish spread in 2019, acquiring it straight from the developer, according to property records. Situated on two acres, the property spans over 13,500 square feet and features six ensuite bedrooms along with nine baths.

The fashionable pad, with a sophisticated finish and an overall contemporary vibe, takes its design elements from South Florida, according to the listing owned by Jill Schwartz and Andres Serafini of RLAH @properties. You may be sure that there are plenty of jaw-dropping spots. Consider hand-laid Italian mosaic tile in the entrance, abstract wool carpets, textured wallcoverings, and dramatic light fixtures. In addition, the space has heated tile flooring, elaborate wrought iron railings, and plenty of custom cabinetry.

A family room featuring a wet bar, a home office, and a chef’s kitchen complete with Viking appliances, together with a sizable center island topped with an uncommon natural granite, connect the formal living and dining rooms. One of the more unusual amenities of the all-time top scorer’s home is a fitness facility and an arcade area with floor to ceiling glass walls overlooking an NBA-certified subterranean half-basketball court.
