It looks like the New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is dissatisfied with the Apple+ series documentary program, ‘The Dynasty.’ The veteran owner expressed his disappointment over the show in front of the reporters.

Instead of showing the history of triumph on the gridiron, the Apple+ show focussed highly on the inner tussles and the power politics of the New England Patriots, which is what Kraft felt. Multiple persons associated with the Patriots expressed their disappointment on the head coach Bill Belichick who created a legacy with the New England Patriots. Not only that but also the docu-series focussed on multiple other darker sides of the team’s history. It showed the conviction of the tight end Aaron Hernandez, who was convicted of the murder of Odin Lloyd.

Following all these, the veteran owner claimed that the docuseries could have focussed on multiple other things. It could have shown the successful journey of the team, instead of choosing the other path, rued Kraft.

Addressing the reporters, Kraft said:

I felt bad that there was so much emphasis on the more controversial and let's say 'challenging' situations over the last 20 years. I wish they had focused more on our Super Bowl wins, our 21-game win streak. I felt bad there were players who gave hours and hours of interviews and they felt only the negativity [was used] ... So a little disappointed that there wasn't more of a real positive approach— especially for Patriot fans who have lived the experience with us.

Robert Kraft aside, Julian Edelman slams Wes Welker over the docuseries

As things stand right now, the new docuseries has made a split among the players who fought for the team’s success together. Two of the pillars of the New England Patriots, Wes Welker and Julian Edelman were indulged in war of words.

Things started accelerating after Wes Welker, the former wide receiver, claimed that Bill Belichick had given free hand to do whatever he wanted to do. This triggered Tom Brady‘s former teammate Edelman who claimed that Welker spoke nothing but rubbish against Belichick.
