WATCH: D’Angelo Ruѕѕell іs goіng VIRAL for сrashing іnto ѕtunning rаpper Megаn Thee Stаllion аt Lаkers gаme

D’Angelo Russell crashed into Megan Thee Stallion during the Lakers game

Sitting courtside at a basketball game is probably the best view a fan can get of the players. However, the seats do come with their cons, considering the players can get very close to the bounds. Many celebrities sit at courtside, especially while attending the Los Angeles Lakers games, but the decision does not turn out well sometimes.

Similarly, American Rapper Megan Thee Stallion attended the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Minnesota Timberwolves game on Sunday. As the stunning rapper was sitting courtside, Lakers D’Angelo Russell crashed into her during a play. The moment quickly went viral on social media as fans hilariously started trolling Russell.

Russell was having a poor shooting night, which resulted in fans jokingly putting the blame on the beautiful rapper. Russell made five shots from 19 attempted which is only a mere 26.3%. The stat is much lower than the player’s season average of 45.9%.

The Lakers ended up losing the game as they were missing their star player LeBron James. Most players found it difficult to score except Rui Hachimura who scored 30 points. The forward’s solo contribution was not enough for the team to defeat one of the best teams in the West.

Anthony Davis left the Lakers vs. Timberwolves game early

Besides James, there was another star who was absent to take the Lakers to a win against the Timberwolves. With 12 minutes into the first quarter, Anthony Davis got hit in the eye by Timberwolves forward Kyle Anderson.

After Davis scored a dunk, the player ended up on the floor for contact with Anderson. The injury seemed serious as Davis left for the locker room and did not return to finish the game. The severity of the injury could be caused by the corneal abrasion the player faced last month.
