Michael Jordan was strong at the age of 61 while canoeing around the sea alone while traveling in Italy

MICHAEL JORDAN took risks as an athlete and as a businessman and is now living the high life.

But is seems the billionaire former basketball star doesn’t want to take any risks while on holiday – the 53-year-old pictured wearing a crash helmet while on a jet-ski.

However, Jordan, one of the most recognisable athletes in the world, is still the king of cool.

Despite the helmet taking some of the edge off, Jordan still managed to look effortless good – puffing on a huge cigar as he rode the waves.

Jordan was pictured enjoying his holiday off the island of Capri, Italy, with friends as he went around on a high-powered Sea-doo jet-ski.



The jet-skis, which can sell for upwards of £20,000, can seat three and has a 1,500cc engine capable of speeds of up to 70mph.

We assume the former Chicago Bulls and Washington Wizards star, net worth $1.14billion, went for the top spec option, which also includes intelligent suspension for a smoother ride, a digitally encoded key, cruise control and even storage space.

Jordan, winner of six championship titles and considered by some as the greatest basketball player of all time, also owns NBA team the Charlotte Hornets.
