Kevin Durant’s Living Legend Mansion: A $5.99 Million Abode Atop Oakland Hills

This unmistakably modern home sits atop the Oakland Hills, and it was once occupied by the living legend Kevin Durant, who played for the Golden State Warriors back when they were having some difficulties.

The residence, which he had been leasing, is now being offered for sale off-market at a price of $5,998,888.

4614-4616 Rockingham Court is almost certainly a mansion because it has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a generous 9,084 square feet (typically, any residence measuring 10,000 square feet or more is given the arbitrary manse moniker, but who’s counting?). This expansive home features floor-to-ceiling windows, an in-home theater, a curved staircase that leads to upper and lower levels, a circular driveway, and of course, a private basketball half court.

The glass front doors are really elegant, similar to the ones at Lisa Vanderpump’s Villa Rosa in Beverly Hills (without the fauna and pink overload), and the backyard is pretty opulent, boasting both a green lawn and a concrete terrace. The front doors are reminiscent of the ones at Lisa Vanderpump’s Villa Rosa in Beverly Hills.

The property was constructed in 2005 and features two individual apartments, both of which were designed by Michael Burgess. A video of Kevin Durant giving a livestreamed tour of the residence can be seen here for your viewing pleasure.
