It looks like some tough love was what the Los Angeles Lakers needed to get back on track. LeBron James and Co. pulled off a huge upset tonight by beating the top-seeded Boston Celtics. And what was even more impressive was that they did it without their superstars LeBron James and Anthony Davis in the lineup.
Austin Reaves rose to the occasion and put up a season high 32 points in the Lakers 114-105 win. After the game, Reaves revealed the secret of his incredible performance. Reaves claimed that the Lakers remembered LeBron’s harsh words “go out and do your job” during the game and that is what kept them going.
