The Dallas Cowboys are currently working to put together a strong team in the NFL off-season. Owner and general manager Jerry Jones has a lot on his plate. Amidst this, Jones is facing legal issues over a paternity suit from a woman claiming to be his daughter.
Back in 2022, Alexandra Davis filed a lawsuit against Jerry Jones, claiming the Cowboys owner is her father. Then, a judge ordered Jones to submit to a paternity test. Jones later appealed the decision. And now, another judge has upheld that decision and ordered Jones to take a paternity test.
In the paternity suit, Alexandra Davis claims she was conceived during the 90s during a relationship between the NFL team’s owner and her mother, Cynthia Davis. Alexandra’s mother reportedly reached an agreement with Jones that he would fully support them financially as long as he wasn’t identified as her father.
Alexandra doesn’t believe she is bound by the agreement made between her mother and Jones. In her suit, she wanted the court to void the agreement and is pursuing a legal way to prove that her father is Jerry Jones.
The lawsuit went on for nearly two years, but now, Jones has been ordered to take a paternity test. Davis’ lawyer, Kris Hayes, called the judge’s ruling a ‘huge victory’.
Hayes also praised the judge for carefully conducting the investigation. Davis’ lawyer claims that the judge’s ruling “proves that being a rich, powerful person does not mean you are above the law.”

Davis began working for Pfluger back in November 2023. Before that, she worked as a staff assistant for Congressman Ronny Jackson for more than two years.
Alexandra and her mother Cynthia Davis both appeared in the final season of Big Rich Texas. It was a reality show based around North Texas. The show followed five women and their moms, including Alexandra and Cynthia Davis. On the other side, Jones, who has been married to Eugenia Jones since 1963, now must take a paternity test to find out whether he is the father of Alexandria or not.
