The New England Patriots have signed Jacoby Brissett to a one-year, $8 million deal to play for them in the 2024 NFL season. When he goes back to Foxborough, though, the locker room will feel different because Bill Belichick and Tom Brady won’t be there.
To give you an idea, Brady called Jacoby Brissett and Jimmy Garoppolo part of his “Wolfpack” during the 2016 season. Seven-time Suρer Bowl winner used a phrase from The Hangover by Zach Galifianakis in an Instagram post about the Patriots’ quarterback rotation that year.
The last person who commented said that Brissett won Suρer Bowl 51 with the Patriots as a rookie. Early in the season, Jacoby Brissett was very helpful to the Patriots. In their comeback win over the Atlanta Falcons, Tom Brady was in charge.
While Brady was suspended for four games because of the Deflategate incident, Garoppolo and Brissett filled in at quarterback.
